You & Your New Baby Workshop

So you’ve had your baby! Now what? This 90-minute workshop will teach you what the typical post-natal period looks like for you & your baby. Topics will include newborn behavior including rooting & suckling, signs of jaundice & what to do, breastfeeding, your body after birth & how to care for yourself & life after baby – what to expect & how to cope with all the changes. Melissa McNicol, owner of Next Chapter Fertility & Doula Support will be your instructor & will leave time to answer your questions about the seminar as well as her services.
